We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. However, if you need to do so, we ask that you give us fair warning. You will be phoned 24 hours in advance to confirm your appointments. As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, it is standard spa policy to give advance notice for all cancellations.
